Sign in to your company workspace first. Add the /app/… paths below to your company system URL.
Before you start
- The relevant AI feature and balance must be available. Viewing suggestions does not grant approval or execution permission.
Steps
Open the appropriate AI workspace
Start at AI Center, /app/ai/overview. Use Sales AI for customer work and Meta Strategy & suggestions at /app/ai/ad/strategy for Meta actions. If the feature is missing, ask the administrator to check company enablement, your permissions and AI balance.
Expected result: You are reviewing the feature relevant to the task.

Check the suggestion against its source
Read the customer context, numbers and proposed action. Sales AI can use an AI assessment when configuration and budget allow, with rule fallback and mandatory risk constraints. An explanation is not proof that the underlying facts are correct.
Expected result: You know what is proposed and the records you checked.
Have an authorized person approve or reject
For Meta, open Pending approvals from Strategy & suggestions and inspect the action before approving or rejecting. Approval can queue a supported action; it does not by itself change Meta. Users with read access only must ask an authorized administrator to handle the decision.
Expected result: The decision is recorded and any queued action is clearly identified.
Inspect execution receipts
Open Execution receipts, check the pre-execution status, and use Run queue only if you have permission and the company has enabled that execution path. The current Meta write adapter supports approved pause actions; do not assume arbitrary budget, resume or creation actions are executable. Check whether the receipt reports success, failure, rollback or another incomplete state.
Expected result: You can distinguish the approval from the actual recorded execution result.
